Throw a HALLOWEEN PARTY! now THAT would be awesome. It's fun, and teen--like. If you're hosting it, it'd be a halloween year you'd always remember. :)

a bunch of my friends have been going around pranking people's houses who live in the richest neighborhood in my city "Crest Block" and on Halloween they are going to pour ketchup and mustard and all kinds of crazy stuff on someones house. *ive tried to stop them but they arent listening. Plus they are guys, and guys never listen. lol*
So, teens in my city *which is very small by the way* are just going around pranking houses.
If you are religious, many churches have youth functions on Halloween night, you can go check those out and help out the little kid's games or you can ask a youth pastor to throw a big Halloween party at your church or something.

Get some eggs. (6-8 dozen)
Let them sit up in the attic for the next few weeks.
Go around the streets and talk to the kids to find out who was cheap with the treats, then go egg those houses.
Congrats, you just graduated to protector of all that is just in the trick or treat world.
