i am not sure this is the one you are thinking of, but its fun anyways.
Have someone lie on the floor face down, you stand in front of her and lift her arms as far over her head as they can comfortably go, maybe make it a bit uncomfortable, her chest should also be lifted off of the floor. Keep her in this position for as long as she can take it then slowly, and I mean slowly start lowering her arms , so slowly that its almost imperceptible. She will feel as though her upper body is falling through the floor.

Generally, levitation and that sort of thing are something that people work a great deal of time to achieve.... and the funny thing is that that's not usually the goal, but a by-product of what they were really seeking.
It's like being able to put a candle out without touching it, visualizing energy you are raising, ball or candle gazing, or reading tarot cards.
It all takes time and work, and really isn't a toy.

We did it once at a slumber party like 12 years ago but basically you light candles around the person and everyone has to really really concentrate and chant "light as a feather, stiff as a board" and everyone has to believe it!!! Everyone else gathered around puts two fingers underneath the person and begin to lift them. It worked for us but I am not sure if the others were really holding him.

yea you walk around the person chanting that and then all at the same time you lift tthe person up, and they go waayyy high! hehe..its kinda cool!
you could do a ghost in the mirror were you turn the lights off in the bathroom or whatever, then you chant the name of someone who is dead, then you flick the lights on fast n u can see them in the mirror (hopefully)

i would say tongue lightly but don't stop. the stiff part is confusing, but i got a feeling, a feeling i can't hide oh yeah! Just girls? invite me! have a good time girls.
