How the buggery has that been no1 for 10 WEEKS!!!
My God! Have the charts become this poor?
Where's all the rock music gone that was played by musicians who bought their equipment from a music shop and not pc world?
Why do they all try and copy each overs ideas, looks and sounds? Music is about individuality and creating new, diverse ideas!

I'm sure I remember googling lyrics from a song in an advert and discovering that it was by Seasick Steve - perhaps not a very groovy way to discover a song but there you go. I've done a search but don't see any reference to it online (and I can't remember any details about the lyrics). Maybe I imagined it...? I'd like to buy the cd, but don't know what the song was so not sure which cd I should buy. It's a mystery! Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
In the absence of an answer to this question, maybe someone can recommend which cd I should buy (or how to improve my memory).

I used to hear this song back in January 1995 because it was often played on the radio during that time.It's a dance hit and many dance groups of that time have chosen it as their dance song.It's a dance hit with a happy tune.Anyone will suddenly feel upbeat once they hear this dance music.The singer of this dance hit is a male and he keeps on saying words like these:
"BARRY MO-HO-HO-HO-HOE......................................................
BARRY MOE, BARRY MOE" (or something to that effect).It's a
very lively dance song but,unfortunately,those are the only lines (BARRY MOE) I can make out of the song.That line (BARRY MOE) seems to be the chorus of the song.I really hope somebody out there could help me identify the title of this dance hit and its singer even if the words "BARRY MOE" are the only lines/words I can make out of the song.Please help.Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

the chorus goes something like this:
"and the sheep are in the meadow....
little boy blue come blow your horn"

and in the end it says "and he ended up just like you, dad, he ended up just like you"

its a song from the 80's i think...
