Ilse De Lang, and I would guess the name of the song is Lost in Translation, but it's just a guess. Her site is not in english,

I don't know but go back to youtube click open the page you posted then click onto : "jojolp" the person who put the video up and you will see their home page and if you want you can send them an
e mail and ask him who that is and the name of the song.
