I live here in London and i don't think it's as bad as she makes it seem.

For example this line "There was a fella lookin' dapper sittin' with a slapper, then i see it's a pimp and his crack whore"
She makes it seem as if pimps and crack whores just walk the streets in broad daylight

Brill song, brill city, makes me feel happy . I lived in London for 21 years. When the sun is in the sky, i don't want to be anywhere else - but in London.
Don't take the lyrics too seriously, they can apply to any city!!

Firstly - don't take it personally, she's allowed her opinion, one that millions of people across the world share (but not me) Secondly - It's part of an image thing. I'm not going to insult you by saying that her remarks (and song) are part of a well oiled and practised PR campaign for the upcoming release of her new album...but it sure doesn't hurt her. Finally - she's a singer...don't pay it any heed. If she was the Prime Minister then there'd be reason to get hot under the collar.
