Does anyone know any good uplifting songs like Josh Groban's "Dont Give Up (you are loved) song? Songs that send the message "dont give up, hang in there" ? They dont have to have a slow tempo like Josh Groban; just anything uplifting would be great!

I remember a song from the 80's that I've always wanted to get a recording of, but I don't know the title or artist. It's by a woman or women group. I'm not 100% sure of the words, but this is what I think the chorus says:

Ok, I saw this music video sometime in late 90's (I think) and I've been wanting to see who sang it.
Its a R&B song, and its a woman who sings it. All this time I thought it was Monica's "Angel of Mine" song but I looked it up and that wasn't it.
What happens in the video : It shows a woman and a guy arguing and then I remember a scene when the guy shoots himself in a locked car while his girlfriend tries to open it.
My sister remembers it but she also forgot who sings the song.

Does anyone know if "Mirror, Mirror" by Pinkertons Assorted Colours was ever released on CD in the UK? I live in Calif now and can't access it on the Internet as it was never released here. I have it on the Decca LP with all the hits of that era, but that's back in London. Also where can I purchase this CD? Can't get this song out of my mind!
