FOR home made videos (short ones), Where can I download meaningful "background music or interesting non-copyrighted music and words --from internet sites. MY Home made videos are mostly pictures--in a slide format. The music has to be in compatible format to be included. Detailed help for a novice is appreciated. if you know any free programme where i can create sound/music that also will be welcomed.

ok professionals don't get music for free, but cheap. two popular legal options are ACID, a looping music program from Sony, cost $69 new, should be availble used as it was distributed with a lot of video editing program bundles in years past. or public domain music from www.music4TVandFilms.com which offers CDs for $25.

I think you can do a search on limewire or shareware. I have seen lots of people share music there. Hope this helps.
