We all know that this genre of music is real heavy on sampling... In you opinion, do you think the "rap stars" is stealing ideas from other's or use people to write for them? Or do you think the people involved in that part of the music industry is able to write stuff themselfes?

It seems that each classical piece is written in a specific key, i.e. D minor, or B flat major. Does writing in a certain key enhance the sound of the music? I know this is probably an elementary questions to most classical music lovers, but I have never received an explanation.
