It's from an old black and white Hindi film starring Dilip Kumar, some of the lyrics also appear in the song "It's Rocking"

Are there any good songs that talk about how, a guy did a girl wrong and she sings about how a jerk he is but its not a sad lovey dovey type it's Rock and roll (like girl power or something or any old school songs like that?)?
Please don't think I hate men or anything but that just happened to happen to me but I want to hear some songs like that to get over in like a day.

Saw this video in mid to late 90's arround 1997

Female R&B artist. Video features city (manhattan sky line) which spins slowly to the music. As the video zooms out it appears that the entire city is spining about a central skyscraper.
Later in the video the city appears to be a spining record , I seems to remember the audio having a scratchy sound as if it were being played on a phonograph.

I would like to know the name of the artist and song
