Okay this might sound weird but i was wandering if anyone can list some songs that i can listen to while im studying
i.e norah jones all that slowish stuff, just anything with a slow tempo that sounds good can be any genre really, doesnt have to be jazz

Try ambient music. That sometimes is good music--makes you want to get high.
