rock CDs for each year from 1999-2002? The last time I tried this, I think I did too many years at once so it's a lot easier now. You may pick up to two for any given year. Here's my list

1999 Nine Inch Nails The Fragile
2000 Mindless Self Indulgence Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy
2000 A Perfect Circle Mer De Noms
2001 Rob Zombie The Sinister Urge
2002 Mudvayne The End Of All Things To Come
2002 Lacuna Coil Comalies

That song is SO overplayed. It's disgusting that people can listen to feeble lyrics and a weak tenor incessantly...again and again and again.

Poll. Pick one.

Today rock (bands of the 21st Century)
or
Classic rock (the talented people... I'm including Nirvana there cause they're too good to be considered today rock)

It can be past or present. I'd either want to go to Woodstock or see the Beatles rooftop concert but any concert with the Beatles in it would be fine by me.

I had the misfortune of hearing this on the radio recently. I had almost forgotten it.. ...'Hooked on a Feeling' - here's the part I don't understand: Ouga Chaka ouga!...etc. etc. What IS that?

He's been making records now nearly 40 years. Everything from blues, blues/rock, jazz fusion, metal etc, with various bands, sessions, and as a solo act. He is one of my all time favorite guitarists. What may have hindered his career was the fact that he kept on confusing the listener, especially new fans to his music. He's covered every spectrum of rock'n'roll over the years, and some people might jump in expecting one thing, and wind up getting something they may not have expected.
Personally I love his diversity, and really appreciate the fact that he can jump back and forth between genres.
A true guitar master!
If you like, you can more precise and name your favorite song and or album too.
