when i read guitar tabs some of theme have this but i dont know what it means...

h : Hammer On
/ : Slide up
\ : Slide Down
b : Bend
r : Release

and also another question regarding tabs... do they teach reading tabs in guitar lessons/music schools? or they just teach notes and chords???

Please help.. It's kind of a remake of diana ross "I'm missing you.." I think it's a tribute to biggie or something the hook in the background goes "OOh.. I'm missing yooouuu, Ooh ooh I'm missing you..." Please can someone tell me who sings it and what cd it's in. I'm pretty sure 112 is in it. And no it's not "I'll be missing you" with p.diddy and faith and it's not sky's the limit either. Please help cause my friend is telling me that I'm wrong it's Master P and some other ppl singing it and I know for sure it's not him he doesn't sing slow songs.

latley it seems that i can't find any new good rock bands. Personally i like linkin park, breaking benjimin, three day grace, coldplay, crossfade, she wants revenge and trapt, but i have heard these songs so much that i have kind of gotten sick of them so if you know any good bands or songs please tell me so i can listen to them and not be stuck with the same boring and old songs. thanks.

My girl and some of our friends are into the Fire-Twirl / Poi's scene and I would like some ideas on songs that would suit the whole flame, night, glow-ball mood.

(If you cant twirl; be the sound geek :D )

Any ideas are good ideas... I currently have alot of varied stuff already like "She's Not There" by Santana and "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" by Santa Esmeralda right through to "Ratamahatta" by Sepultura and "Parabola" by Tool.

So no need to stick to one style or era of music.
