Me and my non-musician nephew wrote a song that is now Copywrited. A singer in my band want to record it. Since me and my nephew own the copywrited song:
1. Is a Mechanical License necessary for the singer to sign?
2. If so, who is it sent to?, Harry Fox, BMI or both?
3. What does he get paid and by whom and how?
4. Is a Lawyer necessary to write up the License agreement for
singer to sign for each parties protection?

mostly they would sing happy crazy toilet humor songs. then they all joined depressing bands (+44 and angels&airwaves) whenever i listen to one of their songs it brings back memmories from 6th and seventh grade! i miss them so much. i hate them for splitting up! well avtually i still love them. but oh god...good times and memmories. a blink concert would be like the funnest thing ever!
