It starts out with the main anthem being played in a heavenly feel, and then it crscendos into a blues/gospel style. Its not the classical Handel song with a pipe organ.

Recent music is designed for one thing-to make money. It's driven by the media, and consumed by the undiscerning masses, just because it's "cool." The "artists" today have very minimal talent, and most will not last more than two or three years. Nobody will be listening to them twenty years from now. The "music" they create involves millions of dollars on production, distribution, advertising, etc. The true greats had extremely limited resources fifty years ago, yet they are still listened to. Personally, I cannot envision Justin Timberlake or 50 Cent performing when they're well over 50 years old.

I'm making a CD for my parents for christmas. I can't decide between "Then They Do" by Trace Adkins or "Let Them Be Little" by Billy Dean.

I'm not getting married, I am just at college and I want them both to know how much I loved growing up with them as my parents.

thanks!

It was an early 90s song; I'm thinking '92/'93. I can't remember the name of the band that wrote/performed it. The lead singer on this song is a woman. It's a ballad. I want to say that the name of the group was "Youngblood;" but everytime I do a search, I come up with nothing...HELP!

Something fun and upbeat, but not gangster rap or anything extreme! Grandmas and grandpas will be viewing as well as kids, and parents.

PLEASE HELP!!! I'm brooding and planning to ramble, but don't know what music to listen to.

I'm in a bit of a brooding mood right now, and I'm not sure what music I should be listening to in order to properly reflect that.

I've been listening to the 2-CD Absolute Best of the Doors nonstop for a few hours. I feel pretty brooding, but I'm wondering if I should add something else to my playlist or if this is as brooding as I can get.

Later this week I plan to do some rambling, and I'm not sure what tunes I should play. Right now my rambling music is going to be the Rolling Stones... but I can't help but think there's got to be better rambling music than that.

I am currently working on getting a band together and soon working on a record deal. My question is, if you were a famous country music artist, what would you do with the money you made?

You heard the chorus from that Lloyd song "I want you" featuring Lil' Wayne? That "doo doo doo dooo doo..." part? Isn't that a remake of an eighties or early nineties song? Like who sung it? Richard Marx or something, right? IF ya'll don't know, ask your parents or older relatives. They'd know- or anyone who was at least 8 yrs. old in the 1980's would know, but that song still plays on the radio- that is on 107.7 (Orlando, FL) with Delilah in the evening.
