I need to make my fingers Stronger, Faster and more Coordinated. When i play My fingers are clumbsy slow and somtimes hit the wrong string or fret. Can you gyts tell me how to make them fast more accurate and stronger?

i have this mix cd that i got from kudos (the gronola bar or whatever company) a long time ago.

Right, bit of a weird song but I was just at the cinema and this song was in the background whilst I was waiting for the film to come on. I remember it from a few years back but cant for the life of me think who sang it or what it was called. There are lyrics in it that go something like this (forgive me as i do not properly know them).... so roll roll roll your joint take out the ????? and ???? felling high as hell drivin through palmdale skating on jagged rims.
