I want to learn guitar & everyone recommends acoustic b.c its easier, less equipment, ect. But I honestly like electric guitars waaaay better. Are there any acoustic guitars that don't look like Garth Brooks should be playing them & what is the brand name & model ?

I'm 14 & I want to learn to play guitar .. I think playing electric guitar sounds hott but I don't know if I should learn acoustic instead or what.

Also, what kind of guitar should I get .. I don't want one that looks at all country-like or old-fashioned & I obviously want it to sound good. Any suggestions ??
