I want to learn guitar & everyone recommends acoustic b.c its easier, less equipment, ect. But I honestly like electric guitars waaaay better. Are there any acoustic guitars that don't look like Garth Brooks should be playing them & what is the brand name & model ?

r2d2 .. I actually already kno some piano .. I'm not that good but I can read music b.c I took like 2 years of lessons.

Acoustics come in some very radical colors and designs today!
Start with piano really, then acoustic, then electric...learning piano first will give you an edge on the guitar!

My boyfriend owns a music store. And that's where I am right now. Yes...you can get some different colored ones or ones with pictures on them. You can pretty much find any color you'd like. We have blue ones, pink ones, green, black, whatever your preference is. We've had some with humming bird logos. Sunburst finishes...stuff like that. You can always put stickers or decals on them too. there are a lot of nice flat tops out there. go to a music store,or better yet an exclusive guitar store & check them out. you can get a hollow body electric & play with or without an amp.

you could buy one & then decorate it yourself. that would be cool.
i suggest an acoustic/electric guitar. they're pretty sweet.
