Could anyone please tell me where to get a traditional Mongolian music instrument (Morin Khuur) in the US?

Are there any classic fourth albums by bands?

Nowadays bands are usually out of ideas by this point. But after purchasing Muse's "Black Holes and Revelations" i found that a band can produce their best record to date on the fourth album. Any others spring to mind?
