lot of them ive seen on yahoo and rotten tomatoes are a bunch of idiots..ive seen good movies and they rate them awful..who makes a decision to make these people critics of movies?

This movie was a movie with a comic book type character dressed in a purple costume, and has some kind of weird skull as his emblum. I've seen old previews for this a long time ago and I really want to know what it is.

My mum has asked me to look for a dvd she saw advertised on tv (it could even be at cinema) I don't really have much to go on, but here goes, she said it had green turtles on the advert and she thinks it might have been wallace and gromits friends, but she is not sure, but it was someones friends!!! lol

I don't have a clue what she is on about, no wonder given the clues lol, if you have any ideas let me know
