Radio, starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. I cried from the beginning to the end, non-stop. I'm crying right now just thinking about it. It's the kind of movie I could only watch once in my LIFE because it left me so heartbroken.
I also cry when I watch Dumbo, but maybe that's just me.

Death sentence with Keven bacon (both me and my mom cried during that one)
also
memoirs of a geisha (I always cry at the end), pay it forward or Fushigi yugi (its not a movie but a TV series but you can get it on DVD very sad and happy and romantic)
