Does anybody know the title of this movie? I remember it from many many years ago probably early 90's? Takes place in a carnival and clowns turn people into giant cotton candy like real huge pieces of candy.

I'll try not to spoil the move for those who have not yet seen it. Near the end, when he is holding the 'content of the chest' with the knife in his hand, and talking to Davy Jones (during the excellent climax battle), I'm sure I hear Jack say 'electronic'. Was this part of pirate vocabulary/is my hearing bad??? Thanks!- Naz

I remember watching this movie when I was little, and really the only thing I remember about the movie was that there were these giant, deadly slugs living in the sewer system, and near the end of the movie, these firemen or some people or whatever went down to flush them out to get rid of them in some manner. Can anyone help me out here? THANKS!

I think so. The storyline is so eerie and the actors are awesome.
i have seen also Dead Calm with a very young Nicole Kidman and Ballroom but among these Picnic is the best Aussie movie I've seen so far.
