It makes me think the black woman who's suing the franchise is telling the truth. (she says they stole her idea from a screenplay or something like that she wrote).

The first movie has the best dialogue, filming, the best ever. And the other two make absolutely no sense! I've never seen a trilogy so bad(except for star wars). :p

If they couldn't do a halfway decent job, why, oh, why, couldn't they leave perfection alone??

It's driving us crazy! We just seen the film and were blown away by it. It is truely the best film i have ever seen. What i want to know is what does 'Quiteus' refer to. (I think it is spelt like that) There were many subtle references to it. My husband and my sister think it is the name of a drug that you could take to kill yourself (thus 'Quit' being in the name) A subtle message to tell people that life isn't worth living anymore. I disagree with this, however i do think that there is some significance to this name and would really like to know what other people think. P.s if you have not seen the film, go see it! It's amazing!

do you ever notice in almost every movie, whenever there is a scene where one person is talking to another person by phone, when they are done speaking they never say the line, 'bye' to each other. they just say the last statement and then hang up. do you ever notice that?? even on tv shows, why is that??

i notice it happens in almost every single movie, why on earth is that??

Stephen King always maintained that Jack was being sent mad by outside influences (that the hotel is haunted), while Stanley Kubrick said that it was all in his own head.

What's your take?

My child is dead. Nobody put's Baby in the corner. You talkin' to me?. Don' sweat it honey, have one of mine. Wendy, Im home. You are having a rush. You made a time machine - out of a Delorian?. I gave her my heart, she gave me a pen. You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off. If you can't say sometin' nice - don't say anyting at all. After all, tomorrow is another day. And Frank - wouldn't you simply die without Mahler?.
