there are about a dozen other guys with him and they have to hold a post at a deserted church or something. and everyone is a different nationallity. they fight and win because the enemy troops end up running out of water and surrender. i remember seeing it when i was younger and want to watch it again. thanks for your help.

Just saw the movie and am confused about some stuff. If you know the answer to any of the following, please enlighten me:

1. Why did Fr. Brennan have the mark of the beast (666 birthmark) on him? I thought only the anti-christ had it?

2. Why did Fr. Brennan want to be forgiven for his sins? What role did he play in Damien's life? Was he the biological father of Damien?

3. Didn't the Vatican know the identity of the anti-Christ? Why did the priests who knew keep it to themselves? Why didn't they help the ambassador kill his son? Surely this was one war that they wouldn't have minded killing for.

Why did Michelle Williams recieve such rave reviews for her performance in Brokeback Mountain? I'm not trying to hate on her & I'm not saying it was a bad performance, but everyone else seems to think she was just about the best thing about the picture. Your point of view, please!

I haven't seen too many horror films and I feel like I need a good scare. Suggsetions?

The Ring (1&2)
When a Stranger Calls (remake)
Storm of the Century (made for TV Stephen King)
The Mothman Prophecies (not scary at ALL)
&& some others but not too much


Please no stupid answers like BARNEY or HAPPY GILMORE, because those aren't scary, you know?

We recently got Netflix and my boyfriend complains that I only pick "wierd" movies. We have seen Grizzly Man, Run Lola Run, Red Vioin, Hotel Rwanda, Fight Club to name a few. I am looking for movies like Fight Club or Usual Suspects. Please no cheesy movies like Gigli or Deuce Bigalow.
