Last House on the Left is awesome!
And yes Cannibal Holocaust is pretty disturbing, probably the most disturbing movie I've seen.
For plenty of rape (which often makes people uncomfortable) I'd say I Spit On Your Grave! is disturbing.
To a lesser extent, Bloodsucking Freaks.
In a different way, Rabid Grannies... title speaks for itself.

The most disturbing movie I've seen lately was The Exorcism of Emily Rose. Not necessarily the plot, or the film overall, just some of the scenes. The one where the guy wakes up and Emily is on the floor, contorted, and staring at him . . . man! Gave me chills.

None of those but Schindler's List the story about the Holocaust. Because it was a true story It was very disturbing to see people treated that way.

Oh man, I saw 'Un chien...' for an art class. That eyeball scene is just way too real. I still don't know how they did it.

Actually, for me it was Elephant (which is about a Columbine-esque high school shooting). The first fifty minutes are really boring, because it basically shows a bunch of high school kids walking around school, but the last ten minutes (the shooting) gave me chills. I saw it when I was a junior in high school, and I was almost too scared to go to school the next day. It was the realism that did it, really...that school could've been mine.

Last House in my favorite movie ever! I even have an original poster signed by Krug hanging in my living room.
Cannibal Holocaust is VERY nasty in some parts, but otherwise it's a boring movie.

The ones that disturb me the most are the ones based on Humanity like Hotel Rowanda, Crash, Schindler's List, etc.
