The Out of Towners, with Goldie Hawn and Steve Martin (the remake of the original with Sandy Duncan)
Overboard, with Goldie Hawn and her side kick, Kurt Russel
First Wives Club, Bette, Goldie and Diane going down in the window washers utility was, for me, hilarious
Outrageous, Bette Middler

Above and atop any other comedy ever made... hands down the funniest movie (with longevity) is Mel Brook's (w/Richard Pryor) "Blazing Saddles"... I could watch that film a million times and it'll still crack me up... smart... funny... timeless. It's the standard all others compare to.

Rat Race....definantly funny every time you watch it. I have a client who suffers depression a lot so I took my copy of Rat Race over for her to watch (laughter is the best medicine) and it really helped her.
I see someone else thought Nosferatu was funny...yeah it was really weird and funny because it was so old and the Vampire moved in such a strange way...arms outstretched. Wasn't it supposed to be a horror movie though. But as for funny ha ha ha ha ha ha...No it wasn't.
