It was an old anime cartoon. A girl with a star-shaped gem in her forehead...takes place in space...a guy in a rocket... that's all I remember....it came on just before the koala cartoons.

I have a question about the way they run. They lean forward and the have their arms behind them, sort of like they're going so fast that they can't move they're arms forward. Does it save energy by not having to pump your arms?
