About 20 years ago, I saw a cartoon on TV. I only remember about a minute of it, but it has bugged me ever since. The art was almost like Don Bleuth cartoons. It was fairly vivid coloring, not like Looney Tunes' crayon-colored brightness, but was more of warm and cool tones, like Dragon's Lair.

It was something about space pirates. A woman is arguing with a tall and very lanky man, and a very short and pudgy man. The woman pushes the tall man into a broom closet (I suppose) and he grabs her by the arm and pulls her with him into the closet (or something similiar to that effect, I really don't remember the exact details). There are sounds of struggling, and she walks out, huffish. He comes out dejected-looking. The short guy asks him, "So what happened?". The tall guy responds, "She flipped me off".

Embarrassed, and afraid my family might see that, I switched channels. But I was always curious as to what it was. Anyone have any clues as to what this might be?

I just placed an order for the X Series (by CLAMP) and am wondering in the Collection's Part 1 and 2 doe's each of the DVD's come's packed with those leather slip cases with the "large colorful X"?

So far, all I know is each Part come's with 4 DVDs.

I love comic books and cartoons. Me and My Hubby both buy them every week and lay in bed at night watching justice league, Batman and Superman and I love the fact he shares my interest. Just wondered how other men or ppl reacted to me.
