If Michael Richards committed a hate crime with his remarks, then why aren't Andrew Dice Clay or Howard Stern "Hate Criminals"? Their entire acts are based on saying viscious, degrading things about women. When rap singers write songs about raping and murdering women where is the outrage? I think we have a big, honking double standard here.

Did you guys hear about the remark that Kelly made to Clay, when he put his hand over her mouth? She was upset and said, "You don't know where that hand has been".

Some took it wrong as a gay remark. Being that some think he is gay. Some took as she didn't mean it that way. I wanna know what you think.

I'm kinda with Rosie O'Donnel. I think she did mean it exactly how it sounded and now Kelly is trying to cover her &**.

I watched an interview with the two men who were the blunt of Micheal Richard's racial attack. They say they won't forgive him and they don't accept his apology. They hired a slick lawyer that want's him to appear in front of a retired judge (alá Judge Judy) and have him defend the undefendable so he would have to pay money out to these two guys. I certainly agree that he was dead wrong in his racial attack of these two people but come on, the guy groveled on national TV and admitted that he has a problem that he wants to work out and apologized. Besides that his career is now gone. What are your thoughts?
