There's a Verizon Wireless commercial running on most channels since it has to do with the holidays. It has someone who got a pony, and her two friends got cell phones. My mom thinks the girl who got the pony is Emily VanCamp from the ABC show Brothers & Sisters. I beg to differ. If you know the commercial I'm talking about and you know who Emily VanCamp, please, tell me what you think.

as saddened by the news as I am??

The world lost a great singer/songwriter today to prostate cancer and being a musician it saddens me. He was 56 years old. His music such as "Leader of the Band" and "Same Old Lang Syne" brings back such good memories from my early childhood. "Leader of the Band" reminds me of my dad ... who I just lost to cancer as well ...

In the words of Dan himself I leave this tribute ...

I remember seeing an old b&w classic movie and was hoping that someone would know which one I'm talking about. There's a scene in the movie where there's a guy and girl standing outside of this house on the sidewalk. It shows a white fence and really tall shrubs. The guy looks at the girl and saids something along the lines of "Do you want the moon? Just tell me and I'll get it for you". If anyone has any idea please help.
