I was dating someone for 5 years and we had the best relationship. We were able to communicate and totally in love with one another. I let my jealousy and temper get the best of me and we broke up. That was 8 years ago. I havent been the same since. I ve dated after and had casual relationships but nothing serious. Like what we had... I feel like part of me is missing. Ive tried everything to get over it and heal. Nothing seems to work. Too many years have passed for a second chance. Do you think I will ever find love the way i had it before? Do you think that person still thinks of me the way I think of them even after all these years?

I ask this because I went to a Velvet Revolver concert last night and I noticed that the crowd (which included LOTS of ppl under 30) went apeshitz when they played Ol' Guns N Roses songs and even the kids knew all the lyrics...The GNR songs got more response then the VR songs
