I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

Ever? I have been for about 7 years now. I take some potent drugs and they messed up the chemical balance in my brain. I have been on 2 anti depressants for 3 years . I have used others before these two. I am much nicer to be around now, so say everyone I know.

Yes I have. My mother is bi polar. A few years go I had anxiety attacks and was suffering from depression. My doctor wanted to put me on meds but we were able to work through it without me being medicated. Depression is very serious and I encourage anyone that thinks they are depressed to seek help.

Yeah. I used to think depression was for the weak minded, but when you've seen the things I have seen and had some of the experiences I have had, you can understand it a lot better. I know I'm not the only one, so don't think I'm crying in my Cheerios. I have had depression at times and it helps to talk to someone about it. Hey, cops aren't robots you know.

Yes, I have. It sucked. I will go back into that state of mind, around 5-8 times a year. I hate it. & I don't believe the medicine works, so i just sit at home, and try to pass the time.

Books help. I read a lot of books.

Everyday all day---its one of those-when u feel "OK" try to fix it. Its chemical. You have the power to change yr blood chemistry and how it sends and receives messages on how to react and function in your
"normal life circumstances" Food is a big deal. Stressors. (people, family, places work, routine) How u can change YOUR rxtn to things, (even tho u do not agree) is the big key. Fighting wears it out and belittles it. But it is there. Doesn't go away by ignoring it. Nutritional/herbal supplements...psychiatrics...all this is trial/error. If u suffer, I feel you.

Yes, I have bi-polar aka manic depression which is currently under control at the moment and I'm also off the drugs I was on for it for a long time now, since their effect had worn off anyway.
