What is this movie?

I am trying to figure this out.

First: I watched this when I was young, maybe 6 or 7 years ago. It was not a kids movie, but I watched part of it. I remember a scene where a man tied a woman to a waterwheel with only her underwear on. He said something like 'Sweet Dreams' or whatever, then turned the wheel on. Then, there was another scene, where a mother (possibly the same woman) was standing with her daughter on the side of a road during the night. It was foggy, and a semi truck was nearby. She said to her daughter something like 'Go on, Run.'. And pushed her away. And the girl ran off into a field. What movie is this??

Where can I find "I Love Lucy" complete with all seasons 1-9 DVD set?

Can money buy Justice?

Is anyone else amazed that Los Angeles County Sherrif Steven Whitmore let Paris Hilton free? His reason is because she has a rash. Well we all know where she got the rash in the first place. I guess in California if you have money you can become the next OJ Simpson or Paris Hilton. Lets Move to California and commit Murder or Drive Drunk and risk killing some one with a car. That seems so unfair to the minoritys that are in county jails for months and years for the same offense. I wonder how much steven Whitmore got paid under the table. Tired of unworthy celebs!

Do you believe a husband has a right to discipline his wife when she does something wrong?

Do you ever get so irritated at the television, that you start yelling obscenties at it?

I cannot watch that show on the Travel Channel where the big guy goes to different countries and eats a bunch of nasty foods. I get incredibly worked up and start yelling at the tv. My husband thinks it's funny and refuses to change the channel because my sidebar comments make him laugh.
