The presidents dont fight because they are generally too old, and they send the poor, because the poor choose to. A guy who's picking up other people's garbage is probably more willing to fight for his country, than a guy who is making a couple million dollars a year as a head of a big company or something.

You probably want to ask this under a different category.
Some presidents do fight in wars. Usually our presidents are too old to serve or have served in the past.
It isn't only the poor who serve in the military.
But the military is often seen as a way out of poverty and while a person is serving in the military a war breaks out.
That isn't in the fine print. You know it is part of the territory when you join.

Congress should pass a law that if a President starts a war, all of his children have to enter the military at the age of 18 years.
