OJ really set the precedent.People tried to make that case about race, but what it really was about was the 2 different forms of justice that exist in the US.Like Chris Rock said,"If Oj would have been poor,he'd have been Orenthal the bus drivin' murderer".Society has created this problem, not the celebrities or rich that take advantage of it.If you were rich,You'd use all your resources too get away with your deviant behavior unless your Ghandi or something.Tye policies are the problem. And for 25 years, the rights of the poor have all but been ignored, while the rich casually flaunt it with no consequence. They get tax breaks during war,Free rides on the working men and women and nobody says a g*ddamn thing until Paris Hilton goes to jail.Well guess what,THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS,AND PEOPLE TURN A BLIND EYE TO IT!!And only complain when things reach an absurd level that its almost to late to correct the problem.I mean, how does the average Joe Paycheck do anything about anything? No one cares what he thinks.

Very unfair. What kind of people do we have in our justice system? I guess money buys you out of jail/prison. How are celebrities or wealthy people learn if they don't get punished. Paris would've killed somebody driving under the influence she is no less than a murderer but wait...she's rich so who cares right? We shouldn't blame her as much as we should blame the corrupted system in California. Shame on you California!

Depends but Paris got out of jail because she couldn't mentally handle jail so she is now on house arrest.

I guess you are not familiar with the expression: Money talks and bull**** walks.
I would say that money pays Good Lawyers which buy "freedom" not justice.
Remember O.J.?
He walked out free for much more than DUI.
