If you like Studio Bones, try Wolf's Rain or Samurai Champloo. They are made by the same people who made Cowboy bebop, and they're both just as utterly amazing as Bebop was.
Bleach comes highly recommended, and for a good reason! I'm sure you'd like it.
Ninja Scroll had both a movie and a Television series. If you haven't seen them both, pick up the one you haven't seen yet. Both are incredibly good.
Samurai Deeper Kyo! is an excellent choice for fuedal japan, as is PeaceMaker Kurogane.
Saiyuki would probably not be a bad choice, either. The animation isn't as .. refined... as the ones listed before, but it makes up for it.
Blood + is the continuation of the "Blood: the Last Vampire" movie and both were very good. Dark. Gorey, but very good.
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust is a very good movie. A classic, too. Something worth watching.
Escaflowne makes for a very good series. It, too, had a movie.. but you have to think of the series and the movie as two entirely different things. They're not even close to the same.
Rurouni Kenshin isn't half bad.
Air Gear has been getting very good reviews, though I haven't seen it yet.
Eureka 7 was ... bizarre... but in a captivating... very good way!
Inu Yasha may not exactly be your speed. It is epically long. There's plenty of fighting, but the majority of fans are maniacal prepubescant pre-teen girls who'd rip my skin off for saying that. The series is definately built for a more female audience, though there's plenty to like for us guys, too. A bit heavy on the 'Romance' and love triangles between the main characters.
I'd suggest more, but I don't want to fill the whole page.
Hope you can find something in all that you like.
Good luck.

Try "Gun X Sword", it's a fantasy Sci-Fi Western adventure with giant robots, it has elements from many stories. "Gun X Sword"'s Van in a kind way feel and look like "Cowboy Bebop"'s Spike, the look and feel of the series also reminded me of "Xenogears".
Note: InuYasha was a teenage story by the way, only implement many comedic moments.

if you like naruto and trigun im sure youll like bleach, samurai champloo, full metal panic, and full metal alchemist.
summaries:
bleach is basically about this guy named ichigo who can see ghosts and one day he meets a shinigami named rukia who gives him some of her powers so that he can save his family from a hollow attack. but then rukia gets arrested and is going to be exicuted by her fellow shinigamis for transfering her powers to a human....however ichigo isnt about to let that happen.
samurai champloo is about two samurai and one girl that travel together in search of 'the sunflower samurai.' its really funny and there is a lot of fighting and violence.
full metal panic is involves action, a little romance, and a lot of comedy. one of the main characters, sosuke sagara, is clueless when it comes to living a peaceful teenage life. he causes much mayhem to the life of kaname chidori, the girl he is sent to protect. kaname is one of the 'whispered' (someone who can contrl black technology). if she falls into the wrong hands who knows what will happen...but luckily for her (well, most of the time its unluckily) sosukes there to save the day...or destroy it.
full metal alchemist is about two brothers that use alchemy to bring their mother back to life however this goes horribly wrong and ends up changing their lives forever. now the two brothers are on a new mission...how to get their bodies back to normal. they begin by working for the government as alchemists and searching for thr philasifers stone.
