What was the name of that show on the WB about acting, and the actress got to appear on ONE TREE HILL?

She won the show and she appeared ONE TIME as the girl whose parents purchased Brookes house when they went broke, and then she never appeared again. I was just wondering... I liked that show, but I never saw that girl on anything else ever since. Thanks

I got my first notice saying I was a violator. Why do I feel violated instead?

I'm not really too upset about it. It was more silly than anything. It wasn't bad, but I guess its Karma for some of the other things that have slipped by.
