What was the name of that show on the WB about acting, and the actress got to appear on ONE TREE HILL?

She won the show and she appeared ONE TIME as the girl whose parents purchased Brookes house when they went broke, and then she never appeared again. I was just wondering... I liked that show, but I never saw that girl on anything else ever since. Thanks

The Starlet. the winner was Michelynn McGuire according to imdb.com, the only other thing she's appeared in is something called Street Smart.
