Well, I had to got through meeting the parents twice in a manner of speaking. His parents are divorced so I had to meet his father and step mother, and his mother and her boyfriend. I had to get double the approval. He said they all like me so, yeah.

Yes and No. When I was a young man, the Moms seemed to have liked me, but it was hard to please the Dads. The Dads never thought anyone was good enough for their little girls.

Yes when we first met... but now his father can't stand me.. But I don't lose any sleep over it.. and his mother passed away and I never had the honour of meeting her.

When I met my (now husband)s Mom....No, I dont think she liked me. His Dad did like me though.

It used to bother me, but not anymore. I have more important things to worry about, than if that woman approves of me or not.*

Oh, no. At one point, my now mother-in-law referred to me as her son's "little tart". She also told him there were "other fish in the sea". Get along fine, now.
