I mean, everyone has a talent. Whether it be an amazing singing voice, or knack for remembering things, everyone has something that they just do best, or enjoy doing most, or enjoy doing most because they do it the best... It doesn't have to be generic. It could be something like social skills, or spelling, or writing upside down perfectly. So I'm asking you, what is it that you do the best? What's your talent?

Jack was sitting at the bar, gazing dejectedly into his beer.
"What's up?" asked the barman.
"It was last night," he replied..."I got so drunk I don't remember what I did but when I saw a woman in bed with me I naturally gave her £50."
"Well, that's reasonable, even if you don't remember it" consoled the barman.
"It's not that," said Jack. "It's the fact that it was my wife and she automatically gave me £10 change."

PS.... I was given a violation for this joke last night....do you think it deserved it? Has yahoo 'lost the plot' ???

I mean in my current apt., I'm a single student and I like my apt except I have sometimes noisy neighbors above me. I was thinking of buying but I just feel a little unstable right now and honestly a bit scared of having a mortgage. I don't know if I should stay here or move to another apt (moving costs would make it more expensive than my current one)
I've asked all my friends and family and I get a different answer from each person,

Do you think paying rent instead of a mortgage is ok until I feel more secure with everything?
