You are not in that much trouble, Tylenol pm has only 25 mg of dyphenhydromine hydrochloride per pill, this is your sleep agent in the Tylenol, most sleeping pills that are over the counter have twice that much. As long as you stay active and moving about, you should be fine. If you have a long drive home than you might want to drink a mountain dew or some coffee or something. And if that doesn't work, take a cab or ask a friend for a ride, you wouldn't want to fall asleep at the wheel.

Now some ppl are affected by medicine differently so yes it could put some into a very drowsy mood and possibly make them fall asleep!
