what do you suppose is that critter lurking under the ronald macdonald freaky looking costume?

i'm asking because i saw a commercial with him and the kids he "plays" with, at the beach or a pool...the kids are all wet and under water...jet el creepo's hair? not a drop of water on it...

that is not humanly possible...
