what is the best way to get a celebrity to respond back to you? I've noticed that celebrities would respond back to your messages only if they feel that its important for you to get an answer. Like what could I say thats important or something. They dont respond to all of my messages on they responded back to the ones that I was concerning about something?

see, my very good friend wants her story to become a manga or an anime. I think it's great! But, her story is a fanfiction. The character Itachi from Naruto is in there. I told her that maybe she should change his name and stuff and THEN think about getting it turned into an anime and stuff. But I dunno if that will be enough...so she wanted me to ask all of you. Please help!
