Entertainment & Music - 5 March 2007

Here in America we love our celebrities. We pretty much worship them. We watch there every move and when ever they do anything that is the least bit interesting it will make front page on all the major newspapers. Personally I am sick of it. I am just wanting to know if there are any Western devloped countries that dosen't value celebrity news more than real news stories?

for the people who saw it on there myspace or you tube...did u like it? dont u think they could have done better? i admit it was pretty funny but i just dont think its as good as there others? (i would give the link 2 it but i might get in trouble cause its kind of "inerpropriate")

This is an interesting question. I don't think Nicky deserved he title this year but by being Mr. Consistent he got it. Troy Bayliss led more laps in the last race than Nicky did all year. However, Nicky has been the most consistent rider coming from Superbikes, not even World Superbikes. Moreso than Colin Edwards who IS one of my favourites.

I was at the mcn meeting at skegness in October and watch the Estoril race on the big screen in one of the bars. The whole bar cheered when Pedrosa brought Nicky off. We all knew that this made it look good for all us Rossi fans, with Rossi now more or less guaranteed the title. Or so we thought. What we didn't realise though was that we were actually robbed of some good racing at the last 2 rounds by Nicky and Valentino crashing.
