It is an english movie which i saw on star movies in early nineties. In this the hero and the heroineof the movie meets an accident when the boy(actor)crashes his glider plane in which he and the girl (actress)got hurt.both went in to coma.then the girl recovers from accident and goes to her home.there comes that boy and tells her that he died after the accident and his soul wants to become her friend ,girl first does not like him but slowly she accepts him as friend .no one else can see the boy's soul.both become great friends and start loving each other,but 1 day boy's soul disappearsand he cant come back to her again.
then it is shown that the girl and the boy are still hospitalised after the accident they met in the beginning,and the whole lovestory was girl's dream.The irony is that the boy doesn't know anything about the girl's love for him.but the girl still deeply loves him.
