They have made no attempt to communicate with customers, no attempt to keep us advised of what is happening. They did not even have the courtesy to tell customers they even took over NTL/Telewest.

Now we have lost some of the best channels, sky one and Sky news. How many people will stay with Virgin now, what will happen when another contract comes up for renewal that they dont like.. will we the customer lose out yet again...

What do you think and will you stick with Virgin Media.

I am a 30 yr old mum and whilst doing my shopping the other day in Tesco I saw a film that took me back to my younger days!

The film 'The dark crystal' .......I have not seen this film for many years and immediately bought it although my kid wasn't too impressed! lol ( not as appealing as the ones shes used to I suppose! )
