Hi, can you please help- i heard this song on American Idol finale (last idol when Taylor Hicks won) and in the first half and hour they played this song while showing footage of taylor (i think) auditioning (he wasn't singing it) it was a rock/pop song that sounded 80's or 90's by a male artist, sounds abit like phil collins? The lyrics go something like "keep trying, don't give up, you know you can be someone" and other lines in the song are "i am someone" and "don't stop believing" it's a very positive song and quite catchy hehe. I would really like any suggestions as i would love to hear it again, so come on you musso buffs-sent me through any suggestions-i am willing to follow any leads i may get :o) Thank-you!
