Disgusting isn't the same as ugly.
I find Paris Hilton the most disgusting- based on her behavior and the fact that she's done nohing of any value yet people hang on her every word like gold is falling from her lips.

NONE of the female celebrities are ugly. They are ALL very beautiful.
As for the ugliest male celebrity, KEANU REEVES is the ugliest one; inside and outside; in the world. I would never have sex with KEANU REEVES, because it would very awful having sex with the world's ugliest male celebrity.

Female - Joan Rivers (ugliest), Paris Hilton & Britney tied for most disgusting.
