There's this d-bag of a librarian that gives me a hard time because I lost my card, but refuse to get a new one because I know my card number by heart. She's put a hold on my account because she can't be bothered typing in the number and wants me to get a new one. I caved in and did, but I know she'll say something smug to me when I see her again, so I need a good come-back.
