You're right. There is a difference. The difference is the people it applies to. For some, like myself who grew up on the mean streets, it's too close to call. For others who can't even tell which way is North, there is a difference and probably the answer to your question is common sense.

Common sense is not all that common nowadays, and I'm not one that's ever been about the streets, so I don't have street smarts, but still...God knows I've prayed for and acquainted *discernment* along with my God-given wisdom.
