I had a boss that wasn't nearly as effective as I was doing what we did and she knew it, and knew that I knew it. She tried to make my life miserable. Eventually I was fired which turned out to be a good thing, since I collected unemployment.

..A young blonde was on vacation in the depths of Louisiana. She wanted a pair of genuine alligator shoes in the worst way, but was very reluctant to pay the high prices the local vendors were asking.After becoming very frustrated with the attitude of one of the shopkeepers, the blonde shouted, "Maybe I'll just go out and catch my own alligator so I can get a pair of shoes at a reasonable price!"The shopkeeper said, "By all means, be my guest. Maybe you'll luck out and catch yourself a big one!"Determined, the blonde turned and headed for the swamps, set on catching herself a gator. Later in the day, the shopkeeper is driving home, when he spots the young woman standing waist deep in the water, shotgun in hand. Just then, he sees a huge 9 foot alligator swimming quickly toward her. She takes aim, kills the creature and with a great deal of effort hauls it on to the swamp bank. Laying nearby were several more of the dead creatures.The shopkeeper watches in amazement. Just then the blonde flips the alligator on it's back, and frustrated, shouts out, "Daggone it, this one ain't wearing any shoes either!"..

film as an accurate representation of what went on in Rwanda?

I ask as I have just recently returned from a 2 month trip there and was very surprised by what I learnt having spoken to a large number of people.. to be honest there are really not many people who have not been affected by the 1994 Genocide but I'll explain why I'm interested after a few responses....

my brother has three foster boys ages 3,5 and 6. as you know you cannot spank a foster child but boy do they need it BAD. these children have never been disciplined and require a lot of time outs. what other methods can be used in dealing with behaviors such as.


ignoring adults and refusing to answer.
hitting.
breaking toys of their own.
breaking others toys.
running in the house.
not eating.
spitting food on the floor.
peeing the bed everytime they see mom. knowingly and purposely does this.
there are so much more but that is the basics.
